These unbleached honeycomb sea sponges are hand-collected by trained divers in Greece. Use them with water and your favourite soap to wash the body in the bath or shower.
Wet the sponge thoroughly before use and gently squeeze it in water to soften it. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening soak or getting ready for the day, a natural sea sponge makes a simple bathing routine feel a little more special.

How to Use Your Sea Sponges
- Before first use, soak the sponges in warm water for 20 minutes to help release any remaining sand from their shoreline processing.
- Wet thoroughly and gently squeeze in water before each use.
- Use with soap or rhassoul clay to wash the skin.
- Rinse thoroughly after bathing, gently squeeze out excess water and leave to dry.
How to Clean and Care for Your Sea Sponges
Your sponges may need an occasional wash in addition to their usual rinse after use.
- Wet the sponge with warm water.
- Gently squeeze out some of the water.
- Massage a little hemp oil soft soap, or rhassoul clay into the sponge.
- Leave for 5–10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water, gently squeeze and allow to dry.
