Our Copper Distilled Organic Lavender Water is a rare, small-batch hydrosol made in a traditional copper still and wood-fired furnace. Pure and organic, with no additives or preservatives. We’ve always sourced our lavender water from a small French farm .... I spotted their old copper distillation alembic in a photo. I had to ask if it still worked- It looked like it hadn't been used for a long time...

It was worth asking about about it - they have brought the copper still back into service and they’ve just created a special batch for us!

At the moment we have both the regular steam distilled lavender water available alongside our new copper distilled lavender water. So both floral waters are made with flowers from the same farm, harvested at the same time, but using different distillation methods.
