Welcome to the Everybody’s Blog!

Mr and Mrs Everybody.

Mr and Mrs Everybody laughing at something.

Hello World, Welcome to the Everybody’s Blog.

Let me introduce you to the Everybody family. Mrs Everybody runs Natural Spa Supplies, a company which encourages people to take up Green, Prehistoric or Tribal washing (hence our pen name). Mrs Everybody believes that many of the world’s best Green Living solutions have already been invented thousands of years ago and she wants to help people to rediscover them. Mrs Everybody uses the Archaeology and Anthropology bits in her education as her excuse for continuous research into traditional living. If you subscribe to this blog you may one day find yourself washing in clay!

Mr Everybody is an architect and builds eco-friendly houses. At least this is what he does when he is not helping Mrs Everybody. Oh, I nearly forgot. There is also the cat, who only has a first name, Boudi. She likes to help with the packing, especially when string is involved. Boudi has also been helping test some of the horn combs and she is desperate to tell you about them. However she is asleep at the moment. In the meantime we will publish the next blog about a very eco-friendly personal washing technique. We think everybody should know about it.

We hope that you will enjoy reading the blog and that you will make comments, subscribe to the RSS feeds (please don’t ask me to explain how they work to you) and share the ideas and links with your friends.

My thanks to Mrs Green of http://myzerowaste.com/ for her inspiration!

Yours truely,

Mrs Everybody (and Mr Everybody)

Spread the love

  1. Sally,

I love your products and I love your blog 🙂

Your website is great, I wish you all the best, please keep on inspiring us!

    Night night,

  2. There is some solid information on this page. I like how you put things. I’ve added the feed to my boomarks and will check back often. I did have an issue with how quick the website loaded. Might be an issue to optimize.

  3. I want to tell you how impressed i am with soapnuts.I was a little cynical until I tried them and saw the lather and saw the results. No more detergent washing for me. I risked washing an ancient Persian rug which was very grimy and greasy. It has come out soft and clean and no colour run as I used a 30 heat setting.

I have to admit that I used too many in this wash but I am using them again and again. I should have followed your excellent instructions in the leaflet that came with the package.

I now intend to use soapnuts for other purposes. I suffer from an itchy scalp so will try washing my hair with soapnuts to see if this helps. I will let you know.

Thank you for your amazing Christmas present to me. Love.Ann

  4. Hello Sally, Tried soapnuts for first time today am delighted. I washed among other things a pair of grubby cream socks. they were spotless and a new lambswool sweater and it is so soft. Unbelieveable, no water softener or anything else and I’m in a hardwater area.
Can’t wait to try them in other ways. I definately could become addicted to cleaning!

  5. Hi I bought some clay and hemp soap from you at the history weekend and love them but feel that I need some moisturiser and would like too buy some argan oil where can I order some? Also can you me what the free delivery amount is as I may be tempted by your other products! Thanks a lot.

  6. Hi Lucy,
yes we always recommend that the skin on the face, neck and hands is well protected, and yes we always recommend argan oil. It is best to look on the argan oil page https://naturalspasupplies.co.uk/shop-2/argan-oil-virgin-and-cold-pressed/ because there are different size options. At the moment the free postage is triggered when you spend more than £35.00 in goods (I might have to raise it soon) – so it might be worth clubbing together with a friend to make that saving.
